Sunday’s Writing Reset Group

Sundays 3:30pm to 5:15 pm for 8 weeks. (limited to 5 participants)

This group is about staying in touch with the authentic self and listening to your own voice. I believe your own inner compass is your wisest guide. Listening to self through writing can set you up with clarity of vision for your upcoming week and help you to harness moments of possibility. The group lends itself well to a variety of life situations; building new habits, life transitions, lifting winter blues, easing anxiety or building resilience.
